The 12th Annual Tết Festival Ceremony occurred yesterday all around Little Saigon in San Francisco

Yesterday morning, photographer Matt Cohen went to the Tet Festival in Little Saigon. The Tet Festival is a celebration of the Vietnamese New Year and is the biggest Vietnamese holiday. Happy Year of the Boar, everyone.
