According to Sharples: According to police a 90 year old woman stepped on the gas instead of the brake when pulling out of a parking spot on Mission near 21st. Holy Cripes! A little over two hours ago, a big 'ol gas guzzler crashed right into Sam Adato's Drum Shop, the preferred drum retail venue for local percussionists, at Ninth and Folsom Street. Oh wow. You've got to check out some of these photos from the Crucible's 8th Annual Fire Arts Festival, which sparked up in fine fiery glory earlier this month. Well, Poets Eleven, a citywide poetry contest showcasing prose created by residents of each of San Francisco's 11 districts, above, is now accepting submissions.
