Today's find is a very intense and forlorn love letter found by SFist reader Jeff Webb. Here's his description about the find from his blog:
I found this love letter in an old Grateful Dead Family Album book I bought for a buck either at a garage sale in the Haight, or a flea market in downtown San Francisco many years ago. I've kept the book all this time because of this letter, even tho the book is in horrible condition. There's even oil stains on the letter. Anyway, there is no other information in the book, nothing else written, just the letter. I'm reminded to finally scan this after seeing this SFist post. I'd like to find the owner and return it someday. Click on the images for a larger view and feel free to copy and send anywhere if you think that might help..Thanks
See the other side after the jump!

what a great new feature on sfist.
Seriously all time favorite post on SFist. Even better than when Bjorn was unmasked. Great, great, great find. Meeting the person today who wrote this so long ago would be incredibly intense. How do years of life experience shape someone moving from a place like this?
