As they were investigating the circumstances of the Union City death, BART then received word at around 2:50 p.m. that a woman had been found under a train, this time at West Oakland. She's okay physically, despite having the train actually above her. They're evaluating her psychiatrically next.

Trains are now running on a single track from South Hayward to Fremont, and on a single track through West Oakland. According to the latest report we saw, trains are all moving, but with a 20-25 minute delay. Um, be careful on the platforms today, BART riders.
